Sorry

We have been very busy. Between my tantrums and Bekah's not wanting to sleep at night, Mommy and Daddy are trying to catch up with life. In fact, Mommy slept until 2pm the other day cause she was tired. Hopefully we will post some pics soon. Love to all.

its the most, busiest time of the year

I had mommy get her camera cause Bekah and I were being cute. Bekah is a Christmas polka dot gal and I am a wildcat. Cats, cats, cats!

Mommy and Daddy watched in amazement as I built my train. Sometimes they laughed because I take my train-building very seriously.

We are the music makers

I made my singing debut tonight at church. My group, the preschool choir, sang at the Hanging of the Green ceremony. I kinda sang, kinda danced and just looked really cute.

you can't always get what you want

I am having trouble accepting it when people tell me no. So, I throw things, spit a little and begin pouting. Mommy and Daddy are getting used to it and sometimes even have to laugh. Oh well.

Bekah Boo has eaten too much turkey. She is in the turkey trance. Just kidding! She is chillin' with Daddy. I think she's pretty cute.

I am really having a good time taking baths in the big tub. I like to pour water over my own head and splash as much as possible.

someone to watch over me

Bekah and I are having a good time hangin' out. I just don't like it when she tries to chew on me or my clothes. That is weird. I have to try out all of her toys before she uses them to make sure they aren't mine. She doesn't mind.

My cuz Yaya is one cool gal. She likes to watch movies with me, even on a tiny little screen. We make the most of it!

Great Granddad JT Hyatt passed away this week. We are in South Carolina now for the visitation and funeral. We are very grateful that we got to see Granddad two weeks ago. That is a blessing. I was excited to get to see V-Ma (Inez) so soon again. We will be traveling back to KY on Sunday.

Bek isn't so sure she likes food. I made momma give me some of Bek's rice and I thought it tasted nasty so I spit it out in momma's hand. I think Bek would like chicken and rice since I am obsessed with it. Or maybe some steak. I like it with A1 sauce. Or maybe some eggies. I really like those! Poor Bek. Maybe she'll get some good grub soon.

I was born a travelin' man

I got to dress up at church for a party. I had a pretty good time. I painted a pumpin and made a turkey from my hand. My sissy didn't dress up. Mommy couldn't find her a flannel shirt onesie.

I can't hear you

Sometimes I just don't like to listen. At these times, I use my handy-dandy ear plugs. They work great except when I want to watch Elmo.

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

That's right. The girls are taking over this post. I turned 4 months this week and I had to get shots in my rear-end today. I weighed 13lbs and 6oz. I was 25 and a half in long and my head circum. was 16 and a half. That means that I am in the 50% for weight, 95% for height and 95% of head circum. So, the doctor said that I am going to be tall and slim. I also am having some allergy issues so I am going to take a little medicine for that. But, overall, I am the picture of health. Plus I showed off a little bit by sitting up straight and talking. My bubby, James, had to show off a little too. He had to be picked up by the doctor and talk to him too. Some of his new phrases are "I'm doing sumpin'" and "Guys, I be right back". He is pretty funny.

Nothin's Finer than Carolina

Greetings from South Carolina. I am traveling with the fam this week. We are here in Columbia cheering up Granddad and helping him feel better. Plus we're giving Grandma Inez some company at the house. If you read my previous post about eating out, you will appreciate this. Last night, we stopped at zaxby's chicken place. We had been in the car for a long time and both Bek and I were ready to stand up. I was standing on the bench at our booth. Next thing you know, Bek yaks all over Momma's pants. That was kinda funny. Then, I bounce too hard on the bench and take a dive under the table and bonk my head on the floor. When Daddy picked me up, I yakked all over his hand all the chicken I had just eaten. I don't get why Mommy and Daddy just looked at each other and laughed. Mommy even said that they were 2 for 2. I don't know what that means but I'm sure its important. Anyhoo, besides that, we have had an uneventful trip. See ya'll later!

Yep, that's Bek sitting up in her new seat. She can hold her head up now. She just keeps talk-in' and fuss-fuss-in'. I like to see her feet and tickle them. Last night I fed her. She took the bottle right away but I got tired of feeding her and took the bottle out and plugged her back up with her nunu. I'm such a great brother.

Bek and I are as snug as two bugs in a rug. She spent some time in her real crib so I needed to spend some time in her real crib too. She didn't mind sharing.

Okay, so my momma's school had a rock-star day. All the teachers and students dressed up as different rock stars. Mommy was the lead singer from Green Day. YaYa was Taylor Swift although she didn't wear her blond wig! Mommy was kinda scary looking but she had a good time.

We went to the dr today. For a little sister, she sure is big! Bek weighs 12lbs and is 23 in long. She has grown 4 in since she was born. Percentage-wise Bek is 90% for weight, height and 95% for head circum. Basically she is the size of a 4month old at 2months. I have some big news. I made it out of the 10% for height!!!!!! I am in the 30th%! My weight is in the 60%.

Happy Birthday 2 me!

So I turned 2 today. A lot of people came to my house and gave me cool stuff. It was a little overwhelming but I got so many new books, toys, clothes and movies. I now have my own band cause I got a guitar and drum. I also got a baseball glove and immediately put it on my head. I really liked the cake Momma and Daddy got me; acutally I liked the icing. I even sneaked in and took a spoon to the icing. It was super tasty. Thanks to all my friends and family that came and visited.

I am totally a brummer. That means drummer but I am not too good with a "d" sound. Before everyone gets an idea to get me drums for my birthday, my momma has some other ideas too. Here they are. money for college account something elmo pj's for fall/winter in 2T or 3T (I weigh about 30ish lbs now) clothes for fall/winter in 2T or 3T shoes size 6 books counting things alphabet things color things uk apparel "potty" items (i am starting on this so big boy underoos in size 2/3T, potty books, cool potty aiming items, etc-we already have the toilet seat)

Bek is starting to check out everything. She got a new hanging butterfly for her car seat. She is even smiling now. I like her pretty much.

Bible school was Australian themed this year. I learned to say "all-aboard", "g'day mate" and boomerang express. It was tough to be away from momma and daddy during the classes but I did ok. Maybe next year I'll be better!

My Granny Peggy and Me

Bek got to spend some time with Granny Peggy when we went to TN. I spent some time with her too but I was pretty busy playing with my uncle "Drue". That is Andrew to everyone else. Whatever he did I had to do too!

That's right. I am a cheeseball who loves to cheese it up whenever I can. This cheesy pose is called "I Smell Gouda" cause I had a bath and rubbed in some smelly lotion. Maybe I'll be a model when I grow up. Who knows!

Golf is definately one of my favorite sports. I am super good at driving and putting. I am also very good at picking up all of the golf balls as soon as someone has a turn, even if they are not finished with their turn.

Well, Mommy and Daddy decided to run down to Tn. I decided to go with and take Bek. We are having fun visiting.

Bek is growing. She is in the 90% for height, weight and the 80% for head circumference. When she has to go back I am going too to have my 2 year old checkup. Maybe I'll make it out of the 10% for height!
